BailRLV

By using BailRLV you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The intention of BailRLV is to significantly improve your RLV game experience. It intends to provide a more realistic feeling of true ownership.
2. Don't use BailRLV if you are not into BDSM game play or if you are blow 18 years old.
3. For activating BailRLV you are required to depose a bail.
4. Any bail you depose can be claimed back. However the bail can be lost due to the following reasons:
• You cheat out of RLV. In particular that means you login with RLV disabled or with a Second Life viewer which does not support RLV or you find any other cheat to remove your BailRLV device while in locked state.
• Linden blocks BailRLV.
• BailRLV gets hacked or compromised by any third party.
• Unknown software glitch causing BailRLV to wrongly think you cheated out of RLV.
5. You accept that BailRLV tracks your online time and Second Life position and publishes this information to your owner.
6. You accept that your owner can sell or rent you any time. In this case your ownership will be transferred temporarily or permanently to another avatar without your previous consent.
7. You accept that fees and payments for renting or selling you will be directly transferred to your owner's account!
8. BailRLV is not responsible for any actions performed by your owner. In particular your bail will not be refunded if your owner tries to grief you. Choose your owner with care!
